Does the scaffold exceed the maximum distance of 225mm from the structure?

Has the SWMS been read and understood by all persons on site prior to start work?

Has the scaffold been erected as per the plan provided and in line with AS/NZs 1576?

Are all jacks centred on sole boards?

Are all sole boards flat and level?

Is there sufficient bracing to every third bay, braced to within 500mm of top working level?

Have all stop ends been erected to eliminate any falls from heights. IE, Mid Rails, Handrails, Hop Up's and Ties?

Have all internal mid rails, handrails and kick boards been installed in areas where internal falls can occur?

Has the scaffold been erected level and plumb?

Are all scaffold components installed correctly as per the manufactureres specifications and AS/NZ1576 code of practice?

Does the scaffold exceed the maximum gap/distance from the structure of 225mm?

Have sufficient Ties/Rakers been added to scaffold following the AS/NZS1576 and scaffold code of practice?

Are all kick boards installed leaving no gaps where objects could fall?

Have ladders been erected giving access to all working levels?

Do the ladders exceed 1m through working level?

Have Stairs been erected on this job?

Are the stairs secured properly and handrails provided?

Do the stairs land level with each lift?

Are any lap boards secured to scaffold and overlapped no less than 300mm?

Has Excess gear been cleaned up? and gates closed if last person on site?

Have Scaff Tag been complted and attached to access bay?

Have Photos been taken? and photos of the scaffold Tag?
